Leaving a Gift in Your Will

A bequest is a gift specified in your Will.  Bequests allow you to make sure your care for others lives on. Your bequest gift to CCS Disability Action will enable us to continue to provide quality, relevant services to disabled New Zealanders.

Your gift can be:
·     A percentage of your estate
·     A set dollar amount or selected property
·     The residue of your estate after provision has been made for family and friends.

How do I set it up?
To make a bequest to CCS Disability Action or to find out more about our bequest facility, email CCS Disability Action at bequest@ccsdisabilityaction.org.nz or telephone your local branch on 0800 227 2255, and we will arrange for one of our bequest consultants to contact you.

Include a Bequest in Your Will
You could include the following clause in your will:

’I give and bequeath to CCS Disability Action Inc National Office (or CCS Disability Action Inc and the branch/regional name) for the general purposes of the Society, a ____ share of my Estate (or the sum of $___) and declare that the receipt of the treasurer or other authorised officer of the Society shall be good and sufficient discharge for my Trustee(s)’
