Community Support Coordinator

Job specific information:

The Community Support Coordinator, a member of the Youth Development Adult Team of CCS Disability Action Northland Region, has the responsibility to work in partnership with individuals and their families to develop and implement a range of flexible community options which enable them to remain strong and connected to their family and community.

We would love to hear from you if you have;

  • You have a passion for the rights of disabled children and a positive proactive attitude.

  • Have experience of working together effectively with disable people / whanau to achieve agreed outcomes.

  • Have the ability to identify what needs to be done, and to organise and motivate yourself to do it.

  • You have an understanding of and are committed to our vision of inclusion for all people.

  • Want to work for a not for profit, community organisation with a clear purpose and vision.
