The online payment pages use current encryption techniques to safeguard access and information. Users are asked to read any terms and conditions or disclaimers attached to individual pages.


When you make a payment through our website (for example, by making a one off donation or mobility parking permit fees), we may ask you to submit certain information (such as credit card information) so we can process your payment. We use the credit card information you provide only to fulfil the transaction you requested. If you are a regular donor, we will maintain your information in our customer service records. We also maintain your contact information in our records so we can contact you to about other CCS Disability Action giving opportunities.

Refund Policy

If at the time of making a payment you decide that the amount you entered was incorrect or you wish to withdraw your donation or payment, please contact our National Office on 0800 227 200 for a refund. You will have 30 days to lodge your request for a refund.

Currency Policy

We only accept New Zealand currency. If you would like to donate or make a payment to CCS Disability Action from outside New Zealand then you can donate in New Zealand dollars. However, please note your credit card company will charge you the relevant conversion charge.
