Testimonials

I have worked for CCS Disability Action for over 10 years and love it! My team are like family, we value one another’s contributions, and no one has to work alone. I truly believe the amazing work we do is a reflection of the mutual respect we have for each other.
— Support Coordinator
I started off as a support worker doing casual hours just to fill the time of day. But since starting, it has opened my eyes to not only the limitations, but the opportunities and the connections we make around the community working with the people we support. Now as a Coordinator I get to work with their families and the wider community to get the best out of the people we support.
— Service Coordinator
I have been working as a Community Service Coordinator for a year, but the flexibility, support, and positive work-environment makes me feel like I have been with CCS Disability Action from a long time. I am fully involved in genuinely helping others through which I realised that this type of community service is invaluable and recognises the importance of giving. I am also learning so much about teamwork. I’m really grateful!
— Community Service Coordinator
I am always so proud to tell people I work for CCS Disability Action! It is more than just a job, it’s a passion for a cause very close to my heart. In my role I make great connections and support great people, which is such an incentive to come to work to do my best every day.
