About our services
Our Ministry of Health Intensive Wraparound service involves creating a range of flexible and tailored supports for children and young people who require a high level of support. The service supports children and young people between the ages of 0 and 21 who are at risk of entering residential care.
Our role is to give families the practical support they need to ensure their child is given a chance to live in a home or homelike environment. This often involves a team of support professionals from a range of agencies to create wraparound supports that work for families.
