We have an exciting role available for a business support coordinator to support the business support team in providing accurate and timely financial administration and payroll services and support.

This position plays a key role in providing accurate and timely financial administration services and support, that contributes to the efficient management of the region’s finance and payroll systems. We will provide you with the support and development to apply your knowledge in accounts and thrive in this position.

About the role:

  • Undertake the administration, preparation, processing and payments of the CCS Disability Action payroll system.

  • Support the processing and administration of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Bank Reconciliations.

About you:

Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following personal skills and attributes and professional skills and knowledge:

  • Excellent numerical, communication and organisational skills.

  • Competent computer skills i.e. Word, Outlook, Excel (essential), and other data bases.

  • Expertise using accounting and payroll packages (preferably IMS).

  • Unerringly positive, bright, can-do personality.

  • Able to work independently when required.

  • Up-to-date knowledge of payroll processes and relevant legislation.
