Dunedin branch closure and flooding information

Update Monday 7 October: The office is now open again. A huge thank you to our team for their hard work and to everyone involved in ongoing recovery efforts. Kia kaha.

Due to the state of emergency, our Dunedin office is closed 4 October, providing essential support only. We will monitor the situation and keep you updated. Our team are in the process of checking in with everyone we support in the affected areas. If you need a hand, please feel free to reach out to your Coordinator. For emergencies, call 111.

A welfare centre has been set up at Forsyth Barr Stadium (130 Anzac Avenue) for those that do not have anywhere safe to go to. There is plenty of parking and people with assist dogs can take them. Entry through gate J is accessible, with lift access available to all levels. People in need of help to reach the evacuation centre should phone 03 477 4000. Please remember other essential items you may need, such as devices, medicine, warm clothing, and baby items.
