Māori Electoral Option – Te Kōwhiringa Pōti Māori

If you are Māori and 18 or over, you can choose between the Māori Roll & the General Roll. You have until 13 July to choose your roll for this year's General Election. Below are some resources to support you with your choice.

If you’re happy with the roll you’re on, you don’t need to do anything. If you want to change the roll you’re on, you can make the change online, by email, or by mail.
